Opportunity of our Generation
A study from the Center for Rural PA shows that $46.43 billion in wealth will transfer from this generation to the next by the year 2055. That’s $9 billion per decade starting now. Further, the $46 billion is not distributed through all of Pennsylvania. $46 billion will move through Lancaster County alone.
What can happen if we commit only a portion of these dollars to the future of our community?
90% / 7%
We live in a generous community. 90% of us make donations to a community benefit organization in our lifetime. But, only 7% of us designate a charitable gift in our will or estate plan. When our lives are over, our gifts to the community organizations are over as well.
What if 7% was 20% or more?
