Reinventing Our Communities Cohort Launches
A cross-sector collaboration of organizations, businesses, and community members in Lancaster County is proud to announce its participation in the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia’s second annual Reinventing Our Communities (ROC) cohort program. This program will use a lens of racial justice to focus on equitable business recovery, and to support small business owners and entrepreneurs disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and those that have been historically and systematically oppressed.
Announcing more than $380,000 in Grant Investments
We are proud to announce more than $380,000 in grants to support more than 30 organizations. The funds will be used to support programs that promote the arts, preserve Lancaster County's history and culture, address environmental issues, advance organizations capacity around equity and inclusion, and more!
Creating a regional support for spirit, mind, and body
With support from the Community Foundation's Partnership Program, the YMCA of York County and Lancaster County will be joining forces to amplify impact across the region.

PA is Ready Briefing
Regional foundations and grantmakers, including the Community Foundation, were privileged to attend a briefing from PA is Ready!, a community-led network and participatory grantmaking serving Pennsylvania’s diverse immigrant and refugee communities. In the presentation, members of the PA is Ready! coalition shared how communities are mobilizing to build on their existing strengths and provide a forum for discussion on how funders can support these efforts, as well as discuss the ongoing needs and barriers they face in social and political contexts.

BB&T now Truist Economic Growth Fund Supports Local Colleges
The BB&T now Truist Economic Growth Fund at the Lancaster County Community Foundation has provided nearly $850,000 to support seven higher education institutions committed to supporting career placement opportunities for Lancaster youth.
