ExtraGive has been a success because it taps into the spirit of caring and the well of generosity that runs deeply through Lancaster County. It has also acted as a mirror that reflects the values of our community and has worked to spark larger conversations about our shared needs and dreams.
We are proud to announce $241,700 in grants to support projects all across our community. The funds will be used to promote the early education STEM, support leadership development, address criminal justice reform, preserve Lancaster County's history and culture, combat hate and prejudice, advance organizational capacity around equity and inclusion, and MUCH more!
Whether you give your time or your voice, whether you give $10 or $10,000, it’s the fact that you give that matters most.
We are proud to announce more than $100,000 in grants to support the quality of water in Lancaster County. This grant will enable local partners to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of those projects using technology, cultural sensitivity, and science-based practices that will get our streams to clean and clear by 2040. The Lancaster Clean Water Fund is administered by the Lancaster County Community Foundation and managed by the Lancaster Clean Water Partners.
