Relying on data from Lancaster County’s Equity Profile, participants will learn self-awareness and data practice skills to use data effectively. Additionally, we will look at how to identify, address, and redress disproportionality and inequities within our diverse community.
We are pleased to announce that the Lancaster Clean Water Fund has awarded $64,837 in grants to support crucial water quality projects across Lancaster County.

The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank recently released the results of the Lancaster County Community Hunger Mapping Project. The goal was to create a road map that will close the gaps that keep Lancaster County households from accessing the nutrition they need and reduce the number of individuals and households challenged with food insecurity.
The ROC cohort launched the ROC Loan, hired a Community Engagement Coordinator, hosted the president of the Federal Bank of Philadelphia, and launched the ROC Giving Circle. In 2022, the Community Foundation rolled out the new Community Bridge Builders Program, which promotes bold, visionary, and collaborative projects that honor differences between people, promote greater levels of understanding, and enhance civic dialogue.
With help from volunteer grant reviewers, and through the power of our community’s endowment, these funds are working to provide individuals with service animals, support early education in STEM, bolster leadership development, find solutions for refugee housing, combat hate and prejudice, foster cognitive, social and emotional growth in youth, and inspire residents and communities of color to become leaders of conservation, among numerous other amazing projects!
