The Community Foundation is happy to announce a new hire, staff promotions and two new members to our Board of Directors!
Fran Rodriguez joins the Lancaster County Community Foundation team as Program Officer, working to enhance our local community with scholarship opportunities, youth leadership programs, capacity building for community benefit organizations, and Lancaster County’s largest day of giving- the Extraordinary Give. Fran comes with a strong background in community-building, including Commissioner and Chairperson of the Governor’s Advisory Commission on Latino Affairs, Chief of Staff in the Pennsylvania 96th Legislative District Office, and locally championing the Latino Empowerment Project.
- Dave Koser has been promoted to Program Officer after working in the Programs & Initiatives department since 2008. Dave primarily oversees the Foundation’s fellowship programs, field of interest grantmaking, and the Ah-Ha Project- grantmaking related to innovation.
- Diana Martin has been promoted to Communications Manager after working at the Community Foundation since 2011. Diana’s new role focuses on digital communications and storytelling.
