Now, for the first time, Lancaster County has data to back up what so many in our community have already known and experienced first-hand: people of color have not had fair and equal access to opportunities, leading to an unequal quality of life. The information is free and accessible to all.

Grant Opportunities
We know that Community Benefit Organizations (CBOs) have unparalleled knowledge and experience working with Lancaster residents and addressing the needs of our community. Your work inspires us and brings essential support to residents across our community.
Rooted in our organizational philosophy and values, the Community Foundation remains committed to cultivating a culture of equitable and inclusive opportunities in Lancaster County and we hope to partner with you.
Organizational Endowments
Endowments are a tool for your organization’s long-term sustainability. They are assets (cash, stocks, real estate, and more) that are donated to your community benefit organization, with the expectation that the principal is not spent and is invested to earn interest.
When you create an endowment at the Lancaster County Community Foundation, we aren’t just creating a fund – we’re forming a partnership. We’re on your team when it comes to organizational stability and sustainable funding. The Community Foundation currently partners with over 70 community benefit organizations across Lancaster County to administer and support the growth of their endowments.
And we want to partner with your organization as well!
