CBO Capacity Building Info Session Webinar
The Community Foundation’s CBO Capacity Building Program supports capacity building work designed to help community benefit organizations (CBOs) fulfill their mission. Extra dollars are awarded to support Diversity Equity and Inclusion-related work in your organization.
This program is slightly different from our other grant opportunities, and will follow a cohort model: the cohort experience is designed to gain a shared language and concepts. Get ready to spark insight and innovation while addressing organizational culture and systems in thought provoking ways.
CBOs will engage in an 8-month workshop series, starting with an organizational assessment to help view practices through the lens of equity and social change. Funding will then be provided to organizations upon completing the workshop series to undertake a project that will build their capacity in the areas addressed in the assessment.
