Lauren Frick

Lauren V. Frick serves as President of The Steinman Foundation, a private family foundation committed to enhancing the quality of life in Lancaster County, and President of Steinman Communications, Inc., a diversified holding company overseeing a host of operating entities, including Lancaster Farming, Inc., Susquehanna Printing of Lancaster, LLC and Steinman Real Estate, LLC.

Since joining the Steinman family of businesses in 2014, Lauren has served as corporate secretary for all the various for profit and nonprofit entities in the Steinman portfolio, overseen the corporate governance practices deployed across the organization, and developed the risk management strategies used by the various portfolio entities.
Prior to 2014, she administered estates and trusts for high-net-worth individuals through her position at PNC Wealth Management. She previously was engaged in the private practice of law concentrating in estate planning and family law.

Lauren currently serves on the Board of the Lancaster County Local Journalism Fund and was recently appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. She is also currently the President of Group Advantage Investors Fund, an organization that oversees investments for eleven group captives. She previously served on the Leadership Lancaster Board, was President and Treasurer of the Board of Trustees of New School Montessori and was a member of the Junior League of Lancaster. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bars.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Lehigh University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore.
