Caroline Ulrich

Caroline is a Lancaster native and proud graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, where she earned a joint degree in Government and Film & Media Studies. Her background spans communications, digital marketing, higher education storytelling, social media strategy, photography, videography, and content creation, with experience across both nonprofit and educational organizations. Passionate about visual storytelling, Caroline loves capturing meaningful moments behind the camera and finding creative ways to connect communities through media.

Outside of work, Caroline is an avid tennis player and welcomes anyone who would like a spirited match to reach out!

Lancaster County Favorites: Spending time at Beau’s Dream Dog Park petting the pups, playing tennis at the Hempfield REC, enjoying a trivia night at Southern Market with friends, and grabbing a warm apple cider donut from Cherry Hill Orchards.
