Kim Shorter

Kim is responsible for most things that help the Community Foundation run smoothly and efficiently. She has a passion for customer service, a penchant for technology, an eye for detail, and has extensive experience providing effective leadership in both the for-profit and community benefit sectors. Kim graduated summa cum laude from York College, with  a master’s from U of DE. She is proudest of the work she has done with her husband, Scott, in his ongoing recovery and triumphs following a massive brain aneurysm. Their dachshunds, Jackson and Penny, graciously allow Kim and Scott to share their home.
